Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I just changed my domain servers with my registrar, how long will it take for me to see my website with your company?
A: DNS usually propogates in about 3-5 days. Most of this depends on how quickly your registrar updates their database. Some companies do it within a few hours, while some take days to get their database updated with your new information. However, most sites do propogate within 3-5 days.

Q: We keep searching for our site in search engines, but our results have not improved, and/or we are not even listed. What's going on?
A: The search engine battle is not an easy one. It takes time to even get your site ranked at all, especially for a new site. Search engines need to "spider" the sites, and search engines do not have a scheduled interval of doing this. Getting your site ranked is not something that will happen overnight, nor will it even happen in weeks. It generally takes 2-4 months to get any kind of results. Much of this depends on sites that are already established, and some search engines (Yahoo! for example) have a "pay for ranking" system now. Through using our optimization of your pages, and submission procedures, you can thoroughly improve your chances of better ranking.

Q: Help! People are saying my emails are bouncing, and I can't see my website either!!
A: More than likely your domain has expired, go to a site such as Network Solutions, can check their "whois" report for your website. You will see there the date of expiration of your domain. If it has not expired, please click here for further support.
